Security

Westminster/Pine Park subdivision has been one of the safest neighborhoods in East Baton Rouge Parish for over 30 years.  The East Baton Rouge Sheriff has patrol cars who patrol the subdivision daily and report to our Board of Directors on a weekly basis.

Because criminal activity occurs from time to time, we try to keep our residents apprised of everything from minor occurrences like traffic violations to more serious issues like burglaries and suspicious visitations.
