History

Westminster-Pine Park is a established residential area in Baton Rouge, LA, featuring homes primarily built between 1940 and 1999. The neighborhood is known for its safety, maintained through a state-sanctioned crime prevention district. The Westminster-Pine Park Civic Association is a volunteer board of W-PP residents who seek to enhance the beauty, community, and safety of our neighborhood. 

Westminster-Pine Park recently became part of the city of St. George. Residents are organized under the Westminster Pine Park Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Improvement District (La. R.S. 33:9097.11), which was established to provide security patrols through a mandatory annual parcel fee.
